Redeem and Revel:
Your accumulated Reward Points can be redeemed at checkout, where each 1 Reward Point translates to a Rs 100 discount on your order. Feel free to use your Reward Points alongside other discounts for maximum savings. Please note that Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to change without prior notice.
TeaMates Rewards Terms and Conditions
- Ownership:Â The TeaMates Rewards program remains the property of Akbar Brothers Pvt Ltd. Akbar Tea reserves the right to issue, decline, or withdraw the Card at any time, or to terminate the TeaMates Rewards program without prior notice.
- Changes to Terms:Â Akbar Brothers Pvt Ltd reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions or introduce new terms and conditions, including forfeiture of unused points, occasionally. Any changes will be communicated to members via the TeaMates Rewards platform.
- Points Rate:Â Akbar Brothers Pvt Ltd has the right to vary the points rate at any time. Members will be notified of any changes to the points rate through official communication channels.
- Earning Points:Â Points can be earned through purchases made using your registered TeaMates Rewards account. Points can only be earned through transactions recorded in the TeaMates Rewards system.
- Redemption:Â Points can be redeemed ONLY through the TeaMates Rewards program. Redemption options may include discounts, freebies, or other rewards, as determined by Akbar Brothers Pvt Ltd.
- Expiry:Â All TeaMates Rewards accumulated during one calendar year, from 1st January to 31st December, will expire on the 28th February of the following year. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure timely redemption of points before expiry.
